Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains returns, refunds, and issue resolution for singles, Lucky Packs, and bundles. We keep it direct: protect trust, avoid confusion, and resolve real problems fast.

1) Overview

Core rule: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Buyer pays return shipping.
Lucky Packs and bundles are final sale once opened.

  • Handling: We ship within 1 business day and aim for same-day whenever possible.
  • Carriers: USPS and/or UPS.
  • Fairness standard: If we made a mistake (wrong item, damage in transit), we make it right.

2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following must be true:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item is returned in the same condition as shipped (not altered, not damaged by the buyer).
  • For sealed items, the item must be unopened (where applicable).
Singles returns (condition / photos)

Card condition can be subjective. We rely on listing photos and descriptions as the best guide. If there’s an objective issue (wrong item, damage in transit), we will resolve it.

Non-returnable situations
  • Opened Lucky Packs or opened bundles containing packs.
  • Items returned outside the 7-day window.
  • Items returned in different condition than shipped.
  • “Changed mind” returns on opened pack content (variance is part of pack-opening).

3) Lucky Packs & Bundles (Critical Terms)

  • Final sale once opened: If a Lucky Pack or bundle is opened, it is not returnable.
  • No specific player promises: We do not guarantee specific players/teams/resale values unless explicitly stated.
  • Pack variance: Not liking what you pulled does not qualify for a return.
Exception: If a sealed pack arrives damaged or you receive the wrong sealed product, contact us immediately with photos.

4) Damaged in Transit / Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will resolve it.

  • Time sensitivity: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.
  • What we need: Clear photos of (1) the shipping label, (2) the packaging, and (3) the item(s).
  • Resolution options: Replacement (if available) or refund, depending on inventory and circumstances.
Packaging standard (what we do)

Our standard is: penny sleeve → top loader → team bag → protective mailer. We aim to prevent damage; if transit damage occurs, we still handle it quickly.

5) How to Start a Return

Send an email to contact@luckysportscards.com with:

  • Subject line: Return Request (or Damaged Order)
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required for damage / wrong item claims)
Return shipping: Buyer pays return shipping for eligible returns (unless we confirm the issue was our fault).

6) Refund Timing

  • If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
  • Once processed, timing depends on your bank/payment provider (often 3–10 business days).
  • Shipping fees (if any) are generally not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Chargebacks / disputes

If there is a problem, contact us first. We resolve legitimate issues quickly. Chargeback abuse or false claims may result in order cancellation and account restrictions.
