1) Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to our related policies, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2) Products & Listings

  • Singles: Listed as accurately as possible. Card condition can be subjective; photos and listing notes are the best guide.
  • Lucky Packs / Bundles: Built from internal tier rules to keep products mechanically consistent.
  • Modern era policy: Lucky Packs are built from cards generally dated 2000–present (by product design).
  • Availability: Product availability can change quickly due to live inventory and marketplace activity.
Important: We do not promise specific players, teams, or exact dollar values inside packs unless explicitly stated on a product page.

3) Lucky Packs Rules (Read Carefully)

Lucky Packs are a sealed product experience. By purchasing, you acknowledge the nature of randomized contents.

  • No specific card promises: We do not guarantee specific athletes, teams, or exact resale value.
  • Tier-based consistency: Packs are assembled using internal tier rules to maintain consistency.
  • Risk acknowledgement: If you do not like what you pull, that is part of the pack-opening risk—similar to any card opening experience.
  • Final sale once opened: Packs and bundles become final sale once opened (see Returns section).
Custom requests (teams/players)

You may request certain preferences (team/player/sport). We will do our best to accommodate where possible. If a request cannot be fulfilled due to inventory constraints, we may be unable to honor it.

Pack guarantees (by tier)

Some pack tiers may include “hit-count” style guarantees (e.g., Hits/Value/High Roller structures). Those guarantees refer to internal classifications (autographs, memorabilia, numbered parallels, etc.) as defined by our packing standards. Guarantees, when offered, apply only as described on the product page at the time of purchase.

4) Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Pricing: Prices may change without notice based on market conditions and availability.
  • Order review: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
  • Payment: Payments are processed through our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes may be collected at checkout based on destination and legal requirements.

5) Shipping & Handling

  • Handling time: We promise shipment within 1 business day and aim for same-day whenever possible.
  • Carriers: We typically ship via USPS and/or UPS.
  • Tracking: Tracking is provided on orders where tracking is included/available per shipping method.
  • Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Returned shipments due to address issues may incur reship fees.
Shipping damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and items. We will replace (if possible) or refund depending on inventory availability and circumstances.

6) Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Buyer pays return shipping.
  • Singles (eligible returns): Unopened/unused items may be eligible for return within 7 days. Condition must match what was sent.
  • Lucky Packs & bundles: Final sale once opened. If unopened and eligible under your scenario, contact us immediately.
  • Non-returnable cases: Items damaged by the buyer, or items returned in different condition than shipped.

To request a return, email us with the subject line Return Request and include your order number and photos where relevant.

7) Prohibited Use

  • Attempting to interfere with site security or operations.
  • Using the site for fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or harassment.
  • Copying or scraping site content for unauthorized commercial use.

8) Disclaimers

  • Collectibles risk: Card values can rise or fall; we do not provide investment guarantees.
  • Pack variance: Pack openings involve variance. We provide clear product descriptions and internal standards, but outcomes vary.
  • Site availability: We may update or suspend site features without notice.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Sports Cards will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
